And not to say black folks don't fish because they do, I grew up fishing but in competitive fishing the vast majority of the folks are white. Don't know why, but it's just that way.
Side note I've been down there a few times while the tournament is going on, got to checkout his boat for a pretty good distance away. The B&B that we stayed in was about 30 mins outside of OC & the owners were a super rich white couple & they had their boat parked at the same marina where he parks his when they first bring it up before the tourney starts.
