I'm glad you said "story".
Not saying it isn't true but she isn't the most reliable source.
With her emotional and mental issues you have to wonder if this uncle even exists.
She should be pressing charges instead of handling her issues on the net with random people.
That isn't a healthy way to handle things. Even if it's true she needs some counseling so that she can get some closure with her situation.
