Stay in Cali. Milwaukee is garbage. Unless you're a caucasian suburbanite, then you'll absolutely love it.
Hmmm I was planning on still living in Cali but was interested in coppin some units in Milwaukee if it cash flows right.
I have a friend who did pretty well in milwaukee. Had to hustle to get that start up money, but it made me wish I didn't run off and join the navy. But he showed me checks here and there around 10G's that was his after he got a home had his crew come through paint it, add carpet and was able to pull 20K outta a house and keep 5-15 for hiself depending on what work was needed. He even did a few big purchases but he kept those figures to hiself. So Money can be made.
