Military love triangle gone real wrong

Man I did an 8 year contract in the reserves. At the time I joined at 30 it was too old for active duty. My station was Dobbins in Atlanta. I had to get out because of a meeting condition!

I hear ya.. I went in for 4 yrs and extended 2yrs for a tour in hawaii.. I figured I would take a 3yr vacation on the army, it wasnt what I had in mind.. Once my tour came to an end I ran outta that place and never looked back!! My kids never knew I was in the army, until they were in high school and I wouldnt even let them entertain the thought of going in the military.. One son went in after college to get them to forgive his student loans and then he dashed too!! Anyway, I met sum kool kats in there and still stay in touch with. So, I considered it a fair trade..

The Army is On some other mess. Air Force life is gravy. Especially if you get stationed in Europe!

You aint kiddin, Organized Confusion I like to call the army..
