Midnight Mass new Netflix horror series from Mike Flanagan

Midnight Mass is a new horror series on Netflix from Mike Flanagan. Flanagan also did The Haunting of Hill House series and The Haunting of Bly Manor series as well as the feature films Doctor Sleep, Hush, Oculus, Ouija 2, Before I wake, and Gerald's Game.

The series takes place on a small island where the character Riley grew up and returns to after serving time in jail for a tragic drunk driving accident on the mainland. A new priest arrives to the island and strange things start happening. I'm not going to spoil anything for you....

Yes. It was ah'ight.

Good story plot but way too preachy (no pun intended). When I say it is too preachy I mean there are a lot of instances where the dialogue just drags on. This could have been one episode less if the dialogue was cut shorter in a lot of scenes.

Yea Flanagan can be chatty with his dialogue.
I'm on ep 6 and I'm enjoying it.
