Michael Eric Dyson sits with the breakfast club and discusses new book "The Black Presidency: Barack Obama and the Politics of Race in America", Bill Cosby, thoughts on Stacey Dash and much more.

Isn't his book basically saying the same shit Tavis and Cornell West have been saying albeit in a sweet friendly tone? Obama put so called racial issues on the back burner.

This dude sure fell off after he start talking shit about Obama. He should have expressed his disagreements in a more subtle way.

Unlike the West and Davis, he waited to voice criticism. In 20 years, a lot more people will look back at things and feel like Dyson.

Won't take that long, Obama got away with so much shit that if it was, Bush people would have lost their minds.

He fell off when he decided to stump for Hillary, i had to give him the :tut:when he said her white privilege will make her a better president for black people.

Dyson’s recent meandering screeds against Dr. Cornel West have not garnered him the acclaim he expected with either the white liberal establishment or the Black bourgeoisie intelligentsia. In his latest book The Black Presidency: Barack Obama and the Politics of Race in America", he retroactively and grudgingly concedes that the corpus of Dr. West’s major criticisms about President Obama are unassailable.

Hmm, better late than never though. End of the day, it's about getting correct info and direction after the debating.

I tried to tell you hard headed niggas that Obama is not ancestral slave. He does not relate to us. Michelle shoulda been pres.

All these bitches wanna criticize President Obama. Muthafuckas never shy away from making money on his name though. All these bitches got books about the President trying to make their pockets fatter. Get the fuck outta here with this bullshit. You don't like him, but he's good enough for you to write and sell your bitch ass book.

Reactions: BDR
This corny-ass "rapping" professor is still writing books about Black men who are far greater and far more accomplished than he will ever be. Is this motherfucker producing any scholarly works that advance Black people or our situation in society? I hate that true scholars like Michelle Alexander and Lester Spence get overlooked for attention-whoring "public intellectuals" like Dyson.
