Miami rapper WavyNavyPooh murdered....

Violence in rap/hip hop music isn't something that's new. Do yall realize Biggie was 24 when he was killed by gun violence? Do yall realize Tupac was 25 when he was killed by gun violence? 75% of you clowns will march in the scorching sun, and driven snow chanting black live matter when a white person kill you, but silent as a mouse when we eliminate each other. I give less than a penny for these innercity terrorist. I don't like to curse but if I offend you, so freakin what!

now this was an actual rapper
he was signed to qc
florida is crazy right now

Glorification is the problem. Too many youth grow up thinking the only options for success as a Black boy are to be a:

Thug
Pimp
Dealer
Robber
Gangsta

Signs of success:

Chain
Women as property
Clothes/shoes
Car

Manhood is displayed by willingness to kill/commit crime and keep your mouth shut.

Girls find value in their pussy and ability to game a man.

Lowest common denominator sells.

James Brown said his generation sang people up. Later generations have sung people down.

Nothing funny about his death, but it's nothing to be sad about either. I hate that he got his with his fam in the car, but outside of that, people can't expect us to give a fuck about their lives when they don't give a fuck about their own lives. Your gang kills a rival, and you run into booth to brag about it and then ride around like shit is sweet? Dudes are always talking about how real it is in them streets, and how their crew stay packing, and then want people to feel sorry for them when they get caught slipping. Being "real" ain't just about you getting at people. Being "real" also includes you getting got once or twice. It's not a la carte, it's a package deal. You gotta take the salt with the sugar.
What about his kids? Do you feel any sorrow for them?

Why the odd names? Because saying 960th black male murdered doesn't capture their life.

I see BGOL has turned into an alternative for undercover honkies. or, angry niggas, that were probably bullied by street dudes, when they were younger. now theyre 45+ years old and bitter at everything that they consider "street"..

btw, Thug, Pimp, Dealer, Robber, Gangsta etc, theres only a small few of young black Men thats really about that life - and thats how its always been. still a problem, but not a MAJOR epidemic, like u want to believe. the situation is actually very manageable. but when youre some lame, who spends too much time looking at the news, and in your mind, u tend to translate 20 murders into 2000000 murders, or, u simply become disgusted, when u see young Black folks, than u tend to take things to the extreme...lol

Nope. I going to keep saying it. If these fools already have murderous spirits, they might as well make it count. Sorry about that but I mean it.
Wasted thought energy bro... like standing outside of your burning house trying to remember whether or not unplug the iron.

It doesn't matter if I feel sorrow for his kids or not (I do), but it was obvious he didn't give enough of a shit about them to not put them in that situation, which will fuck with them for the rest of their lives. This reminds me of something that happened when I was a kid. He had this maintenance man in our complex named Lamont. We always suspected he did other shit, because he was always dressed nice and drove a new light blue El Dorado. Almost every Friday, he'd take me and a few friends to the store and let us pick out whatever snacks we wanted. One Friday, he told us he couldn't do it, because some people were "looking for him", and at the time, we didn't know what that meant, and we were disappointed about it. About a week later, someone shot up his ride, hitting him in the eye and shoulder, but he survived, and that's when it dawned on us. He didn't want us in the car, in case the people that were "looking for him" found him. Rumor was, it was the jealous boyfriend of one of his broads. He cared enough about us shorties not to put us in a situation.

I'm sure this guy knew people were looking for him, but he chose to go out with his kids in public anyway. It's a miracle no one else was hit because of his stupid ass. Us calling him out on his bullshit doesn't make us heartless. We can still feel sorry for his family, and point out the obvious at the same time.

Well stop contradicting yourself then.
