Today I had the honor of being on jury duty. Only to find out that I was being chosen to be on jury for a black gym teacher (man) alleged of having molesting a under age girl. The case goes as follows the man brought the girl back to the high school, around 2:00 am to molester the girl. All the time I'm thinking to myself even if he does beat the case ole' boy ganna have this over his head for the rest of his life. The molestation charge ain't no joke.. Total example of what having no self - discipline over your dick can lead you.
But peep game of how the black's stood together in the court, blacks was saying that they didn't want to be on trial, had appoints they couldn't meet. I 'm thinking to myself I don't really wanna put another black man in jail. Dude didn't even look crazy, he just looked like a straight square.
 
Point blank more African Americans should go to jury duty. That is the only way to get a reasonable fair trial by your PEERS
 
Molestation is a combo of sexual urges AND psychological defects. Getting 4-5 different chicks pregnant is more of what you're talking about.

As much as I sympathize with dudes like him and the struggle they have with the second aspect of their condition, they still have to go. Without hesitation. Hopefully they'll end up in a corrections system that can address the psychological portion of their problem but regardless, they have to come off the street.

Man i don't know the particulars of this case but at some point we as a society have to come clean about the fact that all young girls who have sex with old guys aren't being taken advantage of. When I was in high school ALL the cute girls dated old dudes cuz they had money, cars,etc. They weren't victims they were opportunists. I'm not saying she's an opportunist but or tha this is right but evrybody isn't the same.

Agreed, In SOME instances the female should carry part of the blame. Especially girls who are in high school and ACTIVELY seek out older men.
 
Believe me I am one of the last people who would ever want to put another black man in prison but, some things are just a lot bigger than simply sticking together because he's black or white or whatever on the outside of the skin.

If any adult is capable of being sexual with a child they deserve to be imprisoned period. If going to jail isn't enough of a deterrent than what do u think suggesting counseling for these offenders is going to stop? :confused:

Yeah, but you know for a fact that in SOME instances females lie about their age. You can usually tell when a female is alot younger than she claims to be by just talking to her, but sometimes you can't tell especially if her body is very developed and she is mature for her age.

If grown men stopped preying on these young girls it wouldn't even be an issue, but too many guys are mentally weak and many of them don't even have enough game to attract women their own age so these young girls are just easy targets.

Don't get me wrong I've seen some high school girls that were fine as hell, with bodies of full grown women but, since when does a child between 12 ~ 18 years old know what's best for them??? I bet we all thought we did at the age, but if u look back now as an adult u understand now that your life was not in perspective enough to really handle all of the complexities involved in an ADULT relationship. Having sex isn't simply a physical act, it involves all kind of feelings, emotions & responsibilities and your entire life changes from that point onward.

Girls (and boys) will always be attracted to older men and/or women there isn't anything unhealthy about that (as long as it doesn't become an obsession), but in a society that is brainwashing the children to idolize celebrity and obsess over material things it's only logical that those girls are especially drawn toward men with more to offer them superficially.

If anything I place some of the blame on the parents of these children for not teaching them decent morals, ethics & values.

I agree with absolutely everything you said, my only problem with it is that young girls who display mature characteristics (such as body and mind) that are still in high school should be held accountable for their actions regarding dating older men. I know of one instance where this guy I knew of (5 years out of high school) was seeing a female who was still in high school (Junior) and didn't know and she didn't tell him either (lied about her age) and he got arrested for statutory rape because she was angry at him for whatever reason.

In SOME instances I can sympathize with guys who really didn't and were decieved vs. guys who know exactly what they're doing and don't see anythign wrong with their behavior. Blame definitely needs to be brought fourth on the parents for .

I was on Jury Duty and the first thing judge told us was to discuss NOTHING about the case with anyone, even family or other jury members till case went to deliberations. If this is a big case in a big city SOMEBODY is gonna see this shit and know the case you're referring to and mistrial the shit out of it and you're facing felony contempt PLUS a LOT of court costs. If judge hears of this post you're fucked. This is about a mothafuckas freedom and ain't no joke. (Thats assuming the whole story ain't typical BGOL horse shit)
 
Jury duty is fun and yes we do pool together for our own...I served on a murder trial where a dude got robbed and went looking for the dudes who robbed him and killed him...he got off on self-defense...the guy he killed was scum and the witness was a jailhouse snitch/bitch...I still remember his bitch ass on stand when this dude on the jury mumbled 'assrape'...the jury had to go to recess after that... :lol: ...dude wasn't innocent by any means but I'll be damned if I put a Black brother in jail over some bullshit and everybody felt the same way except for this cornball ass white boy bitch...and really have some integrity...you should have more self-control than to go about blabbing this shit on the net...you sure as hell ain't gonna get caught but still...go talk to your girl about it or something... :rolleyes:

Funny this should be said. I ran into one of my old homies from 10th grade. That was my first year out at that school and she left after that year. Saw her again maybe once or twice after, but then she moved to Chicago for a second, and then to Atlanta.

man it couldn't be more different with young stripper hoez. i was at a booty club tha other night and noticed two sets of customers: the first set was the 'baggy clothes' set....young headz who MAYBE got 1 or 2 lap dances and played pool most of the night. the other set was older dudes, had that married look to um and obviously hangin around to spend money on the broads and get lapdances.
