One thing I dislike about a healthy lifestyle is the meal prep. While I can cook really good, I dislike meal prep the most. Not to mention cleaning up the dishes if your meals are some what complex.

I've tried all sorts of things, spending a few hours on a Sunday to cook a bunch of healthy stuff then weigh it out and put in portion containers.

In my quest to broaden my variety I stumbled across a YouTube channel that is no nonsense when it comes to meal prep. Not a lot of talking and excessive demonstrations.

This guy gets right to the point. Super easy, quick meal prep with a nice variety. This is important because lack of variety will have you slipping back into bad habits like pizza, burgers, fried foods and other items high in carbs and sugar.

With Kevin Samuel's passing, Brothers have been expressing the need to take a more serious approach when it comes to our health. Hopefully this thread will make a positive impact.

I want this thread to be an on going thing where we can share HEALTHY meals and ways to streamline the process of prepping.

Let's talk about cheat days and how often should you cheat? Confession, I'm a BBQ Man! At one point I had 6 grills/smokers, I only rock with charcoal and pellet smokers. I'm down to 3 and so far these are meeting my needs and urges for smokey BBQ.
