Maxim's 2008 Hot 100 List - Not 1 Black Woman in top 10

Just checked out Maxim's 2008 Hot 100 list(click for link) and the first thing that struck me is why there were no black women that broke the top ten when some questionable white women I never heard of were in the top ten. Sure Beyonce and Rihanna got 14 and 15 but how do Ashely Tisdale (who??) and Elisha Cuthbert beat them out? How Mrs. Tony Parker at No. 4 & the fact that Britney Spears made the list at 19 means the editors were on crack.


Anyways, here are my Fave 5 from the list.
