Not a fan of Matin's standup but I would pay $100 for decent seats. That is the sweet spot for me when attending stadium events - I will admit I don't really try to get the best price, I usually take the early price so I can get adjoining seats - someone else will probably know how to chop that price in half. If you are bold, college kids usually pay $5 or 15% if sales are slow depending on city/venue. Hit one of them up and dress the part.

Eddie aint coming back. He was asking and said its just too much work and people record your routine while your working on jokes and he'd have to commit himself for a few months of touring in small clubs etc. Its just not worth it when he can do a movie for a few million in a few weeks.
