It looks like they made a small feature for him portrayed as 2Pac for the Straight Outta Compton movie.

How much are they gone cover in this movie. Pac was like the tail end of Death Row

I don't think it is going to be a big part whatsoever. Notice how his is donning identical wardrobe from the movie Juice. Before Death Row, everybody was trying to get their hands on Pac - particularly Suge Knight and P. Diddy.

But Pac was always self-reliant until he got into too much trouble. A lot people don't know Pac already had his own record label before his Death Row days: Out Da Gutta Records.

While this guy has an incredible resemblance to Tupac, there are literally dozens of men who work full time as Tupac impersonators.

***SPOILER ALERT (but not really) having already seen the movie***

1. John and Afeni don't have ANYTHING to do with "Straight Outta Compton".
2. Marcc Rose is seen rapping in the studio in the movie for a few seconds (and maybe briefly in the background in one other scene) but doesn't even have any dialogue!
3. Carl Franklin replaced John Singleton as director of the Tupac biopic a LONG tiome ago and this guy is NOT involved in it.

That's Pac's fucking Twin. Hope he can act.

Good point.

I don't want to say, "Duh," but course; however, Marcc Rose was only able to get a snippet in this movie due to Singleton's connections. He was discovered by Singleton before Singleton left the Tupac movie project. Now, he is going to do his own with Marcc.

If true, not surprised. Like I said...snippet.

Already know this...won't be supporting it. The movie company actually tried to sue Afeni just to have the rights to make the movie. That's what turned Singleton off. Can't say I blame him for leaving.

Coincidentally I just learned about this the other night doing my research on the making of the Thug Life album

Literally, that was the very first rap album I ever bought when I was kid. I bought it the same year it came out: 1994.

I have the original unit with the "Out Da Gutta" logo on the back. The same goes for Me Against the World. If you were to buy those albums today, it has Amaru Records on it rather. Afeni acquired the rights to Out Da Gutta and just turned it into Amaru Records.
