The government not accepting legal US currency, deemed legal by the same government. As long as pennies are still in circulation, why can't they be used for the purchase of goods and services?
Here in Illinois a dude jus did the same thing...he had 5 wheelbarrow of pennies. The catch was his pennies wasn't in rolls! And they took it all.

On the other, there’s nothing worse than that MF who First does some sh*t on spite and then compounds it by waiting until it’s 4:56 to start this transaction when that place closes at 5pm. I have cashed out people’s registers or done end-of-day protocols when some ass wants to start the most tedious and time consuming process possible when I want to leave.
