I feel you on the pullups, I use those fat grips on my setup and do 50 pounds hanging from the waist. Gets to a point bodyweight pullups ain't much of a workout, even with fat grips. Prefer dips over puships just because they are so much better. Well, for those who don't have structural issue trying to do them.
So many fat ass and fake strong people at gyms can only bench and can't pull themselves up or even hit some dips. Hell, they can't even incline or do a military press.
As for this guy and his diet, just proves the fat pigs in America over fucking eat and need discipline. Yes discipline contrary to what these body positive proponents say. Losing weight is simple, but not easy for undisciplined people.
