This is some crazy shit, dude was sent to prison for kidnapping in 1993, in 2021Senate Bill 132 the Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act was passed that allows incarcerated people who identify as transgender to request housing consistent with their gender identity, all he had to do was say he was transgender so the prison had to move him to a women's prison facility. His first cellmate became pregnant then later on his next 2 cellmates came forward saying he had raped them, he is now in a men's prison being charged with rape but the judge says during the trial the man must be referred to as “she“ and “her“
