KGB - Making money online with Kgb......The New & Improved ChaCha

Kgb is a text message company that is exactly the same as ChaCha. It was started in the U.K. and is now expanding to the U.S. I recently found out about them on another job board and got on. They have the same tests such as knowledge tests and simulator tests that you have to pass before getting on. They officially open for business in the U.S. on Monday January 19th. I was gonna wait to see how everything went and until I got paid but I said fuck it because there may be no open positions left for the fam by then. They seem like they have their shit together a little better than ChaCha and they already provide services in a lot of other countries. The only drawback is that being that it is just starting in the U.S. they only pay $.10 per inquiry and $.05 for automated inquiries, meaning the answers are generated by the system and you can decide whether it is appropriate or not. Another thing is that they only pay once a month to your bank account but that's not really a big problem for most people. The pros are I think that the company has it's shit together and has the potential to grow and will hopefully be a lot more successful than ChaCha. They have a commercial campaign going etc. So everybody who's interested let's give it a try and see how it goes.

I probably missed some shit so just check the website out to find out more and I'll update as I find out more. Just trying to give back to the fam like undertow and other people that put us on to ChaCha and other shit.

Hell yeah they do, I never once saw a ChaCha commercial, or knew anybody that had heard of them prior to me telling them about it.

Did you see a commercial on T.V. already??

I watch about an hour of TV each week (30 Rock and The Office every Thurs) and I've seen the commercial at least 5 times in the past couple weeks.

Yea....ChaCha had potential but they fucked it up.

Yes, yes they did.

I just finished the test and I can tell yall this much. That test ain't no bitch. If you ever see the commercial, it's pretty much EXACTLY like that.

There's 7 sections. You start by picking 3 categories you consider yourself good in. Then it starts with those 3 sections. Not only are the question on some random trivia shit (How many steps were in Sherlock Holmes' Baker Street apartment?) you only had like 45 seconds to try and look that shit up. Then after those 3 you got general knowledge, math (they give you a bit more time here), english, and reading.

After that there's a research section where you get 3 minutes to look up shit. You must pass every section. If you don't, gotta take it over. My DSL went out for some ODD fuckin reason so I had to take it a 2nd time. Once you do all that and you think you're finished, they throw a killer question at you. You have 10 minutes to answer it. Mine was the following:

How many gallons of water would it take to clean the New England Patriots after a particularly muddy game against the Greey Bay Packers?
:hmm: (The answer is 2120 gallons, my freebie to you if you get that one)

Oh yeah, and Sherlock had to walk up 17 steps in his crib. Now I just gotta wait on my email.

got my training email did anybody else get theirs?

Yeah, I already finished training. It's not that hard just a lot of reading and there is a question after each section that is considered the quiz....pretty simple. But at the end there is a ten question quiz that requires you to do a little research on the web and answer some questions. On that part just pay attention to detail and use the pointers that you receive in training and you'll be cool. It's not that hard at all.

10 cents? Yeah, I'll pass. Good luck bruhs.

It's basically the same thing ChaCha was payin because a lot of people didn't make quality most weeks.:dunno: I have a feeling that the pay might eventually go up because this company has their shit together compared to ChaCha and they also have other positions that will eventually be open but you have to have experience with them first so I'm just tryin to get in where I fit in.

Actually, ChaCha started off paying .90 cents a question. I did see their commercial though on TV. It's not about questions, ChaCha had plenty of questions. It's just, this is a losing money enterprise.

I never made less than .20 cents a question at ChaCha. When those other positions open...then maybe. Plus, I sincerely doubt their traffic is half that of ChaCha.

No hate...just watching.

Got the email for the sim test the other day and took it today. It was mad easy because they give you directions/hints for each question so basically it's like training. Just follow the directions exactly and you'll be cool. After you take it they send you an email saying that your answers will be reviewed then you get the review email stating that your answers have been reviewed and a recommendation has been made. My reviewer said, "your answers were satisfactory....good work", so I assumed that I passed so I guess that I'll hear something within the next few days. Just tryin to let ninjas know what to expect.

Just got the email yesterday to fill out W-9 paperwork, what schedule I wanted etc. Anybody else get on yet?? What's good mawfuca & duncan?? You get on yet??

Yo they got shifts you gotta sign up for. they need to just let us log in and answer questions I hope cahcha dont bite their shifts.

I gotta wait to next friday to do my shawdoing shifts.

Aight I just finished my sim but...I completed like 3-4 questions before I realized there was a drop down box telling me exactly how to answer each question. Hope I didn't fuck up...

Which transcription factor is most likely when down-regulated to cause oligodendrocites to not form correctly?

:confused::confused::lol:

KGB is bullshit. They want you to work shifts for that dumb as 10 cents. There technology is dumb as hell. ChaCha got them beat, but unfortunatly that slowed down a little bit. It is picking back up however. I was in the simulator test for kgb and almost said fuck it, because it was so dumb. Too many buttons and different shit you have to do for each type of question. They want you to catorgorize questions and other shit like that. fuck them.

just finished the training today, and my little certificate, lol. i guess now i should log in and start answering 10cent questions.

I heard that they expect you to be like a real employee but you're really an independent contractor

I tried ChaCha and got no where. Kept giving me the run around. Maybe this KGB might be the winner.
