Is there a company or can someone refrence me to a connect that help independent magazines secure advertisers? Is there a company that can be contracted to do this type of thing?

The magazine has a readership of about 20,000 and is regional (southeast region)

Where located?
What competition?
How is revenue currently made?
what are the financial targets?
