For one thing, the Constitution doesn't say he can't serve in Congress; unless he's behind bars of course.
For another, count on the reichpublicans to do everything they can, bend every law and rule, and try to change laws to keep that seat.

You are sort of correct, but when the trial starts he is most likely going to be found guilty. I said this in the original post about this subject……Republicans are going to get dragged through the mud even worse when they start the trial.

Perhaps. But as I said, if the past 6 or 7 years have taught us anything it's that reichpublicans have no bottom. They will do anything to hold onto power. Up to and including armed insurrection.
This is something happened last midterm that should put a lot of these Republicans on notice. Technically, they thought they was going to pick up 30 or 40 seats and he only picked up eight or nine “mainly due to gerrymandering”, As I stated during the midterm, the Republican problems was generation Z and their voters are dying left and right. This is why they are going to hold on to Miss Santos until he gets thrown in jail because like I said earlier, his seat will most likely flip to a Democrat.

Why would they put their houses if they know it can't cover it? And more so does the court just take anyone's word without verifying? Hell they may live in a mobile home.
