Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal Opposes 'Idea of Hyphenated Americans' (Video)

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal (R) recently made news when he pushed the widely-debunked notion of Muslim "no-go zones" in London.
London Mayor Boris Johnson told reporters today that Gov. Jindal's claims were "complete nonsense" and suggested that the possible GOP presidential 2016 candidate needed "some sort of gentle education," reports Politico.com.
However, Gov. Jindal boasted about his "courage" to make the claim in a video (below) produced for the “Defeat Jihad Summit,” an event that took place on Feb. 11. The summit was co-sponsored by the Center for Security Policy, which is led by anti-Islam conspiracy theorist Frank Gaffney, reports NewComm.org.
"By the way, I'm also against this whole idea of hyphenated Americans," stated Gov. Jindal. "I think we need to stop calling ourselves Indian-Americans, African-Americans, Asian-Americans. We're all just Americans. We need to stop dividing ourselves. We need to start insisting on English as the official language."
