los angeles fakers fans are consistently among the LEAST knowledgeable basketball fans in the world. don't front. ask your nearest fakers fan to explain the triangle and you'll get a blank stare.

well here is a GREAT opportunity for you to finally become educated and actually LEARN what your favorite team is supposed to be doing out on the floor night in and night out.

i encourage ANYONE who wants to speak intelligently about this style of basketball to attend this event, and separate yourselves from the pretentious know-nothings and imposters whose actual basketball knowledge is nil.

in all seriousness, EVERY fakers fans knows its the truth.

you pack a room filled with fakers fans, and you MIGHT find ONE that knows how the triangle looks and when the fakers are in it. all the others? pretentious bull shitters trying to front.

coach jackson has been running (and tweaking) the triple post in LA for almost a decade now, and the alleged "die hard" fans couldn't recognize it to save their own lives.

you know god damn well i'm right, and that the claim is true. anyone who disagrees (or calls me a hater because i'm correct) is full of shit and needs a reality check.

so I'M a hater because i advertise a LEGIT opportunity for fakers fans to learn more about their team? about the O? from the guy who created it? from the coach who has used it most successfully? GTFOH!

550 dollars to have talk with the likes of Luke Walton and Jordan Farmar??

Fuck outta here - Lakers fans must be either really rich or just stupid to waste money on that.

to hear some on here, $500 isn't anything. how much do a decent pair of tickets cost? jerseys?

and it wasn't just jordan farmar and luke walton. it was also derek fisher, coach shaw, coach rambis, coach jackson and tex winter.

and what's more, that $500 has some value; after they learned about the squad they claim they rep so well, they'd be in the top 1% of fakers fans who actually might know WTF is going on during the game.

500 is alot in this recession economy.

Why can't they just accept that they don't know that much about basketball.

I'm a Knicks fan from the early 90s but I just enjoy good basketball - I like Dantoni's uptempo offense.

Its fun watching the Knicks now cus you never know when 1 player may take over (i.e. Nate Robinson 24 points in 4th quarter the other night).

The majority of people don't know about what their teams' offense runs, or how it looks like or works for that matter. Who gives a shit?

good point.

since you fail to see why it's relevant, i'll inform you.

if 2 (or more) people are engaging in a BASKETBALL discussion where only 1 of the participants actually is familiar with the offense, and that 1 participant says "player X is hijacking the offense", then the other participant(s) is/are likely to respond incredulously because they can't see it.

but otherwise, you're correct. fakers fans are largely ignorant when it comes to BASKETBALL, and they don't particularly give a shit. they like to masquerade their man crush as "team" loyalty.

Instead of that whole first paragraph, why didn't you just write: Kobe Bryant jacks up shots when the offense is at its most effective. Is that basically the gist of your "funny" thread?

nobody mentioned tobe in this thread until you. not surprising.

maybe a fakers fan might want to understand how andrew bynum's 3 month absence will impact the fakers O.

fan boys and their suspect man crushes. :smh:

Are you kidding me? You're obsessed with Kobe and the Lakers, and you have the audacity to call me a fan boy. As much as you talk about them, are you certain you don't have a shrine of Ko.. I mean the Lakers in your closet?

Are you kidding me? You're obsessed with Kobe and the Lakers, and you have the audacity to call me a fan boy.

um, again, it was YOU that first mentioned tobe in a thread about the fakers and the triple post O.

i mentioned the coaching staff, jordan farmar, luke walton and derek fisher.

you enter thread and all of a sudden the thread is about tobe. what a surprise.

i know it's next to impossible for you stans to keep him off your mind, but your infatuation is obvious (though maybe only to everyone besides yourself). this ENTIRE thread was about inviting fakers fans to learn more about their very successful O system which has resulted in 5 trips to the NBA finals in less than a decade.

but keep thinking it's all about tobe. i know you will.

You're delusional, I should stop responding to your obvious trolling. You hate, hate and hate any chance you get on the Lakers and one player in particular, and you honestly expect us to believe this bullshit. Subtlety isn't your strong suit. Keep obsessing about everything related to the Lakers though. I need to stop responding to you as well, because you're just going to keep feigning ignorance. "Oh, I have no idea what you're talking about" GTFOH.

good. stick to threads about futbol or maybe even baseball. it's obvious BGOL has been over-run by dudes that don't know shit about basketball and are long on pretense.
