Guys all advice is welcome. I am looking to get into buying foreclosures in the ATL area. I have found a few in the REO section of BOA. I am also looking to do the following:

1. I am going to network w/ some RE agents. Do I need to give them a kick back for finding me foreclosures or good deals? Or is their kick back I will sale to them?
2. Looking for Hard money loans

Let me know if you have any suggestions...I got my credit right and considering putting all this in an LLC.

I was at a real estate seminar this weekend trying to get some motivation. You don't need kick back for the agents. If you work them a lot then you should pay give them something, other wise they wont continue. If they find you a property then make sure you have them represent you. If you find a property and there is an agent involved on the other side. You can bring them in on the deal and ask them to split their commission with you if its a big commission.

Man, in todays market you don't need a Agent. Just go door knocking and talk to their bank yourself.
 
u dont have to give them no kick back...

even on a 20k home, they will still make $1000 commision..
just tell them, you will let them re-list it as well..

I have gotten some folks cards at the seminar that are wholesalers if you want the leads I can give you their address.

If you are on the bank site you don't need an agent to make the offer. You can do it for yourself. If they insist that you need an agent then bring in one and ask them to split their commission since you are bring them on the deal. If they don't want to find another who will
