Looking for a good pay system.

I am negotiating with multiple manufactures and suppliers for various types of products. Many of them like to use T/T and Western Union as methods of payment, but neither of the two really protect the buyer in case somethings goes wrong.

Does anyone know a better service that secures the interests of the buyer and seller? I've heard that paypal is good. Any others?

Google Checkout has a lower rate than PayPal.
