This was truly fucking remarkable. Clean block at 2:30 is called a foul. Impressive for Paul to Block a Kobe dunk.

Kobe w/out a field goal in the last 5 minutes. Shit i dont even think he had a assist or rebound in the last 5 minutes.....

3:42....i was shook when this swarmng ass defense started.
Smart idea on Phil's behalf to start trapping when the celtics were tired. He knew they were an old team and he exploited it right there. Maybe the best coaching move in the series right there. Doc Didnt adjust.

This was all about Pau Gasol, from blocks to bringing the ball up the court to making foul shots. Kobe drew automatic double teams, and Pau finished.

threads like these (that offer video) are great.

but so disappointing that even with video people imagine things that never really happened.

a HEDGE on s/r is NOT a double.

a SWITCH is NOT a double.

shading/forcing/luring an O player into help areas on the floor is NOT a double.

a D scheme designed to entice a player (paul pierce) to pass the ball is NOT an example of heightened D.

those interested in reliable, honest and accurate video breakdown of the NBA finals should look up "coach nick" hauselman on his youtube channel.

Curious how that was an impressive clean block for Pierce at 2:30 when all he got was forearm BEFORE Kobe got the ball to the rim... If he has some more Hop he might have had one, but grabbing a Players forearm doesn't constitute a clean block...

After years and years and YEARS of these discussions, I am convinced that people
only see what they WANT to see....that's why I stopped arguing. We can talk, but if
I show you proof of something and you still don't get it, what's the point?

reminds me of the Rodney King video

There's always going to be disputes even with video but if Perkins was avaiable, the Celtics win. Rasheed Wallace could outplay Gasol but didn't have the stamina at his age to do it for 48 minutes.
