LLC Tax Help

Hey, I've been in business under my LLC for a year now. I just renewed my business tax ID/license and got that tax bill. What else do I need to do?

Everything is slow now, so my business is penny pinching. We didn't make a lot of money last year, maybe $70,000... but that mostly went to expensive. My partners and I probably walked away with about $7500 each. \

I can't really afford a tax pro...so please anyone HELP!!!

I just read that I need to file a 1065, what's that?

Call the IRS and they will help you file it. They will answer all the questions. That's what the accountants and other tax preparers do. At least you made a profit and you know what it is? But if you dig deeper you will see that you really didn't make a profit. But at least you have your numbers together.
