Living with a raccoon: 1 year update

On the real though I use to raise raccoons when I was a child. My uncle had 6 of them at his farm in Brampton, Ontario and when I use to live at his farm during the summer I use to take care his raccoons and other farm animals. His raccoons were really fun to be around.
My uncle didn't kill his raccoons or any raccoons. We never ate raccoon meat. But the meals he use to cook back then were off the chain. He use to make some slammin grilled chicken with pineapple glaze. And hickory smoked BBQ ribs that would have you licking your finger tips. His sweet potato pie was to die for too. He still can cook really good now, he taught me all I know about cooking that's why I can throw down now in the kitchen as well.
those were coon ribs... nothing wrong with eating wild food, I just dont personally eat meat..
but if I did I would try all that wild shit.. deer, bison, I even heard ostrich meat is good...
I had duck once, this trini lady hooked it up so it was good as fuck, she had all types of seasoning on that bitch, but it was the ginger that stood out the most...
was your uncle black or cac...
Never lived with one (thank God), but I work with at least 2 sometimes 3 depending on who’s around to impress!

No they were pork ribs he got from his own farm raised pigs. He live off his own raised animals and sell meat and veggies as well. Yes I've had deer meat, alligator meat, bison meat, rabbit meat, duck meat just to name few. I've had some other types as well I just can't think of them right now. But yeah I agree just like you said duck meat is good and it's lean. I think I'm gonna see if the store in my area have some so I can prepare.
my uncle is white. he's my mom's brother so of course he's white.
He is a grill master. I' am one now too.
If you had some of my food it will make you want to slap your own damn self. I can throwdown in the kitchen. My girlfriend said that is something that attracted her about me is that she know she got a man that can make her stomach feel satisfied with tasty dishes.
son I could have your girl eating my vegan mac and cheese and
vegan fried chicken cutlet off my ball sack...
and dont let me make her my world famous grilled wild caught salmon with lemon ginger puree, with candy yams and seseme garlic kale...
she would put you in a sleeper hold and throw you down a flight of steps if she gets some of my throw down..
Nah we don't do vegan in my household. We love our steaks, ribs and pork chops. That vegan shit is for sissies.
