Live TV Streaming Options

What service yall use? Right now I have Spectrum streaming but this ish is TRASH! Thier streaming service is cheaper then getting the service a here they provide a cable box but it's wack.

EVERYTIME I watch sports, the stream will be live and then go back 5 mins and then go back to live and then go back 3 mins, etc.

I was thinking either Hulu or YouTube but have never looked into a streaming service. Although I have the firestick, I still like other options. Good lookin out
