Little help finding a thread

Mustve been during my 3am scrolling but there was a passage from a book that was highlighted, and I only saw the first sentences that read:

"The United States will become an information and service economy ..."

I think it was titled "____ wrote this ten years ago..." or something to that effect.

Anyone here know what thread that is?

I'll delete this posting once I sort it out.
