An aside:
The BuShit- cheney camarilla decided to engage in deceit and subterfuge when it came to what they called “War On Terror” spending. In order to avoid public scrutiny and congressional hearings of the comic booked named “War On Terror” the BuShit administration funded major portions of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars through supplemental rather than direct appropriations. This kept more than $2,000,000,000,000 ($2 Trillion) OFF the OFFICIAL US Government budget.
Supplemental appropriations, which are meant to provide federal agencies with additional, emergency funds during an ongoing budget cycle, constituted approximately 1% of overall budget authority during the 1990s. When BuShit took over, by 2005 supplemental appropriations had grown to over 6% of federal budget authority. The composition of supplemental funding also changed. Whereas during the 1990s most supplemental funding was for acute emergencies such as disaster, after 2002 the majority of these funds went towards the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
When Obama took over in January 2009 within his first week in office HE ENDED the BuShit practice of keeping the war costs for both wars OFF the books.
This meant a temporary misconception about "spending" that worked against President Obama — so by adding the BuShit war spending costs into the figures of the OFFICIAL US Budget it seemed like there was a huge "spending increase" instead of a simple reporting of the truth.
Maybe, ironically, Obama should of left the BuShit ‘War On Terror” $2,000,000,000,000 ($2 Trillion) spending OFF the OFFICIAL US Government budget. If he had, the debt ceiling would not have to be raised right now. Peeps this is all RepubliKlan bullshit. The US credit card limit (debt ceiling) has been raised about 90 times since 1940. Where was the RepublIKlan hysteria when BuShit was running up US debt and not even putting it on the official books. This is all RepubliKlan racist bullshit.
The spending cuts speaker 'Bonehead' is proposing is less than the costs of BuShits OFF BUDGET War On Terror spending.
