Lemon Greek Potatoes are a just notch above, they simply melt in your mouth
Ingredients:
2 lbs yellow gold potatoes
1 1/2 lemon, juiced
1/3 cup @yayasevoo olive oil
2 cups chicken stock
2 tsp oregano
2 garlic cloves, grated
2 tsp salt
Black pepper
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F
2. Mix chicken stock with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic. salt, pepper and oregano;
3. Peel and cut potatoes into wedges and drench them into the marinate; roast for an hour as you flip once half way through and devour!
