I can't wait to get my tickets. When you getting your's Shaddy?
I have to see civil war first then Ima check out the Detective Comics movie soon.

Too bad the tv show "The Superstars" isn't on anymore. Would like to have seen him doing the overhead/military press to see how much he could push up. I remember when the brought the show back in the 90's and seeing Reggie White do like 380 or some shit like that. Not sure if that record (Superstar's record) was broken before the show went away.

You know BvS comes out damn near 1 month and some change before Civil War right? You not going to see it until damn near 2 months after it comes out?
Yea I know, I would feel bad if I saw a DC movie before a marvel movie.

By the time I go see it, the threater will be empty and I can spread my legs out.

Prolly be at the dollar show too

Cool! No bullshit I went to order my ticket at a big movie chain we have here locally. The lady told me i can't because the weekend was sold out and that I would have to go on a waiting list a 1000+ deep. I couldn't believe that shit!
:itsawrap:

You peeped that move? WTF:eek:

Man I peeped that, wtf was that all about?:smh: Anyway to the dudes that say his spotter helped you joking right? This is the most brutal bench, Incline is next. Everytime I go to the gym I see big dudes shy away from this bench, it's not easy. 700lbs? I couldn't do that with steroids man. And his back stayed flat:eek2:

And I see dudes that go straight to the bench and ALL the do is bench and cause attention to themselves more importantly they hardly ever work much lower body and their legs look like pencils what's weirder still is after every set they constantly looking at themselves in the mirror like that last set just made them bigger than they were 15 seconds ago lol!!

I for one was impressed, form be damned. And dude was moving around on the bench, not really getting in position!
If he got set properly, and planted his shoulder blades...:itsawrap:

I know man, and these other cats talking crazy. Big dude core was strong as fuck. I'd like to see ANY BGOL member push even 600. Flat footed in strict form

What the hell happened to Nate Newton?!!! That dude used to be a damn HUUUUGE guard, I remember a damn Thanksgiving day game they said dude was over 315 lbs.....now he looks like he's 180 soaking wet......

Dude lost the weight and never went back

Man I just put two bbw's on each side of the bar and put in work

:roflmao3:

Allen was that dude, but I only seen one cat put him on them skates and that's the minister of defense.....wonder what his bench was...or was he just country strong
