LaRon Landry gives ZERO fucks if you think he's juicing

not many people are blessed with the genetics, but if you're one of the lucky ones, congrats. the most blessed mofo i know of is kenneth "flex" wheeler. dude had the muscle bellies AND he was myostatin deficient. :eek:

yep... those older versions of HGH were taken from cadavers; they're usually designated as hGH and not HGH, which is either synthetic or bio-identical, plant-based.

i've tried all that shit, but i didn't need the HGH bc (1) it was too expensive, (2) my natural levels are above-average, & (3) my fucking head is already too cot damn big.

and yes, tough leg & back workouts stimulate a MASSIVE NATURAL growth hormone release, but you have to know how to take advantage of it. about legs... they make or break the want-to-bes from the real guys. and even the guys with the genetics for huuuge legs sometimes can't take the pain associated with making them burn.

the fucking shit hurts like no other. :angry: but i'm 46 and i STILL put myself thru it. fuck it.

mofos be going hard as fuck doing bicep curls, traps, and triceps. say, "leg day is tomorrow motherfuckers," and the gym empties out like a fucking fire drill. i call them "curl monkies," or "curl robots," bc it's all they do.

:yes::yes::yes: but it's worth it in terms of making your whole body grow and making your body release GH.

i did the tom platz leg workout one time in my life... just once, and i almost died. that mofo was sick, but he was blessed with awesome genetics and a super high pain tolerance.

go to 4:42 to about 7:25. dude was insane. he basically did light weight (with good form) to heavy weight (loose form) to failure on damn near all sets. :eek:

i watched that video just last week. Tom platz had the best leg development i've ever seen. Hell i just smashed my legs today. Lots of reps of squats, hack squats, lunges, and high rep leg curls. Couple things i've learned over the years which has helped me ratchet up the intensity for leg day 1) put an off day between your back workouts (I do heavy deadlifts) and your leg day (squats hit the lower back hard) and 2) Any alcohol consumption the night before is a no-no.

:lol::lol::lol:you do know you're pissing off a lot of guys at your gym, right?

one white dude walked-up to me and said, "maaan, i hate when you do legs... bc it reminds me that i don't even TRY to do mine."

:smh::smh::smh:

Good info right here.

Your leg workout is similar to mine. I'm not a big fan of walking lunges because of knee pain, but I will do stationary reverse lunges.

Also, incorporate some step ups in there. After my reps on the hack squat I'll get the nearest bench, two 45lb plates and just step up on the bench for like 4 sets of 10 reps.

I gotta watch my calf presses tho because usually the day after my Achilles heels are so tight I can barely walk.

But yeah.... If u trying to lose weight or grow or do ANYTHING in the gym you got to kill leg day :yes:

I'm just here so I don't get fined
