For those of you who can- how do you keep it up?

How old were you when you started?

Is it possible to learn later in life?

Props to Gemini for the GIF

Back in the day...

...but if Madonna can get her crusty ass to do splits on stage after yoga I guess anyone can get it back.

Haven't tried it yet, (letting the body heal after pushing out chilluns), but it's on my things to do this week. I heard though that this:

is suppose to make you sweat and burn more calories. The Wii Fit was more of a get up and move and stretch sort of thing.

Congrats on the babies & thanks for the info on the game.

Really? Have u always been able to do it or did you work up to it?

If you did work up to it? What was your program?

Its from when I used to do martial arts and basically you go as far as you can and stay in it as long as you can and also bend forward to put chest to floor and each day you go a little further til you are all the way and doing it up against a wall is also helpful

"To get into mesomorphic mama-bear-meets-warrior mode, Hamilton first had to say "hasta la vista" to her post-pregnancy pounds. Three months before shooting began, she started six-day-a-week, three-hour-a-day training sessions that had her sweating from running, swimming, biking, stair-climbing, lunges, weight lifting, judo, and some quality mini-trampoline time. She dropped a dozen pounds while adding enough muscle mass..."

wow...gotta a lotta naturally flexible members on board.

bigirl- the wall would be behind me, correct?

i thought you already had to be natural flexible to do splits and the like.

i could NEVER do them even after numerous years of dance. i could do everything but that. i'm just not flexible that way i guess.
