lmaooooo For a second it took me a minute to be like........ what? And then i remembered. I have to tell the 3rd shift. Leave a memo up on the comp. Next to the time clock. AS for the topic? I've been effected more by racism i think than sexism. I say racism because my sons, my brothers, my cousins, my beloved men. What effects them effects me. When they're harmed, i'm harmed.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww you big fucking militant sap lol

I feel you though

I actually asked some female co-workers and got very interesting responses.

the black women felt like they get it from both sides...

but said its hard as hell to be a woman but at least be a white one.

It was like they felt white women are considered the beauty standard in a euro-centric society, they are seen as professionals and sexual creatures.

And ALL men of different races see them as some type of status symbol.

But a black women has to work to get ahead on every front.

From grade school on...

At home they are seen as surrogate parents homemakers and caregivers

At school they aren't encouraged as much and also aren't supported in math and science.

They are harassed be men of all ages and races...

Black women are seen as sexual early on and not only that are seen as solely RESPONSIBLE for their sexuality early.

In the office...besides fellow women's jealously, men thinking they are inferior then you take on there racial stereotypes...

SHIT...:smh:

I went out and brought back a box of CRUMB cupcakes when I left earlier to pick up my daughter:lol:

Feminism to me is just about equality for women and men. That concept i support greatly. I believe in it totally. I believe in me being left to be ME. And do for ME if i so CHOOSE to. And getting the same benefits and ability as a man. I'm a strong believer in FAIRNESS. Justice and EQUALITY. Across all the lines. I don't consider myself a feminist, i consider myself a humanist. Just be cool and give everybody a fair fuckin shake. And yeah i am a sensitive militant. lol i care about black men. Because without them even a few, we can't have men like the ones i love. It's an impossible wave of the fucking SAD and PATHETIC. But i don't give up just because it's not in me to to.

Racism effects us all. And to the men i need in this world and who i need in the future, it effects them too. We're effected by sexism on a personal level far more than a societal level.
