I'm looking for a new apartment to rent. I saw this spot and I was wondering what the ladies thought of it. It's a 1 bed/1 bath and like 882 sq ft and like 850 a month. Thanks! :)

To say if that's a good price would depend on your area, in NJ that's a too good to be true deal if that's a pool I saw!! More info is needed

The area is just okay if you ask me. It's not a supa nice area with the nice strip malls by it. It's just like an ok area not as nice of an area as I would think a place this nice would be to tell u the truth.

That definitely sounds like too good to be true, but if you checked all your info and you can afford it-why not go for it??

At first I thought I was reading a fraudulent craigslist advertising, lol... Def do your due diligence with the research....

It's very nice for the price. 9ft ceilings and mad storage space including a private garage? Your cost of living/housing costs are awesome!($850.00 might get you a room where I'm from.) Bet buying a house would be affordable too. :yes::yes:
