I BBQ'd Chicken, Ribs, Pork Chops & Sausage on my Lone Star Grillz Vertical Insulated Smoker. I used various Tango Spice Company rubs and spices on this cook, and also made dirty rice, pork & beans and potato salad for sides. Texas Style BBQ at it's finest.
