Hey I was all pissed that they shot this brother in the back. But if you look at the end of the video when hes on the ground you can see the gun in his hand. They took him down cause they thought he was a threat to other people in the area. After i slowed down the video and saw the gun i was like maybe this shit was justified. cause if he was shooting already and the gun was in his hands i would have shot till the MF stopped moving. Naw mean!

What is the story? It had to be more than he had a gun for that level of response.

Ok, I got up to speed on this. He was walking around with a 45 Caliber semi just shooting at random in public. Sheriff dept. got the call and arrived a few minutes later.

They park their patrol vehicle, make contact and tell him to drop the gun. He ignored them and instead he started walking over towards some ladies near a gas station.

Cops probably thought hostage scenario or random murder and took him down as a imminent threat since it was already reported he was shooting randomly in public.

Damn, brother had 3 kids too.

I wonder what set him off or did he get the proverbial "bad batch."

If he pointed a gun at them, why didn't they shoot him then and there? They waited for him to put his gun down, turn around and walk away to shoot him? Sounds super suspect.

Not sure why they did not shoot then. Wouldn't have mattered at that point anyway. Deadly force would now be allowed. If what those people who saw the event take place was right then he had to take the L
