dude that was a dope clip, I don't see nothing with Kris saying Common was the King of NY ...its all good. Some say NY shit is wack or Chi-town and the Dirty South is wack...everybody got different taste...I like all types of hiphop...not rap...not juke music...but pure hiphop..and that is what Common continues to put out...storytellin, using metaphors/similes...dude is cool. I was at this show!

It was on October 7th, which was my bday so i went after the Jets vs Giants game that day.

The whole place went nuts durin this freestyle and people were definitely acknowledging Common as one of, if not THE, top mc in the game. This was by far the best single act hip hop show I ever been a part of because it was just that.....hip hop.

A. It was just a freestyle meant to show Common love. For KRS (Mr. NY all day) to say that Common is the God of rap and King of NY is just a way of showing love to him for his skills.
