Everybody shitting on Kobe when his team wasn't even close in talent level to the Suns, meanwhile Allen Iverson just shot 37% in a series in which he continued to overdribble and jack up contested shots. Melo couldn't even get touches in crunch time because AI was taking on 3 defenders in the lane to throw up off balance leaners, jumpers, and fadeaways. Never understood how AI gets a pass, while with Kobe its he shoots too much, or he wasn't agressive enough. That nigga damned if do and damned if he don't.
ditto, I saw the lakers passs up alot of shots, miss alot of layups & as soon a Smush Parker came in the Suns went on a 10 to 0 run, the story of the season & they still made to playoffs, again it's not about Kobe's shooting, they average over 100 points a game. They don't have any on the ball defenders ala The Spurs or Pistons. Real basketball players know this!!!!!!!!!!

once again everbody hatin on Kobe, now Odom had a hell of a game but before u get all on his nuts, that was only his second 30 point game all season. Kobe's supporting cast sucks and they just didnt have enough talent to compete with the suns. Kobe could have scored 60 evry game and they would have still went home in the first round, and im a die hard lakers fan. Kobe shoots b/c no one else execpt odom will shoot and he's so streaky. Kobe is just a target. he had the worst supporting cast in the playoffs and most of the ones who have talent wasnt even 100%. so please lay off Kobe.

He looked like a pathetic gambler who starts losing after winning a few big pots, and keeps playing to make up for the money that he lost from his winnings!
In the end Kobe blew any chance of a LA victory over Phonix by missing three after three donw the streach!
Not only does his mental laps effect his shooting decisions on the court, Kobe tend to have mental laps on defense, thus allowing his lack of shooting to effect his defensive skills!
I know they said last night that Kobe he made all defensive team based on his past defensive reputation, but Kobe is not a consistent defender either, he is way too erratic and tends to lose his cool when the shots aren't flowing1

I dont know if you saw the game since you are overseas, but the REALITY is the fakers were down 15 and Odom scored 14 points in about a 6 minute span in the 3rd (compared to Bryant's 2-7 FGA for 6 points and 4 TOs
) to cut the lead down to 4. Odom picked up PF #5 and went to the bench and Kwame Brown made a layup to cut it to 2.With Odom on the bench with foul trouble, the lead increased back to 8 until he subbed back in.
