I suggest you learn with practice. You'll get more out of that than reading posts on here.
Get your mouth really juicy by drinking water or salivating, get into it by closing your eyes and working your tounge around their mouth really slow like, occasionally rub your tounge on their teeth, hopefully it tastes and feels good...
I thought this was a natural thing? It's kind of hard to tell someone how to french kiss. Lock lips gently and don't stick your tongue down the other person's throat...you have to feel the other person out. It's really an exercise in give and take.
