He's in a different tax bracket now so the type of interactions he encounters I'm sure is different and he has more to lose than before to deal with petty charges so complying is his best solution.
With that said no I don't agree with him because the only reason for "the black lives matter" movement is because of the injustices that blacks have endured for decades all solely because of the color of out skin which means we always fit the description.The blame is always pointed back at us but no one questions the way the system of policing works until they themselves or someone around them is affected for the exact reason's;Clarence Thomas(remember his nephew racial profiling),Henry Louis Gates Jr are two big examples.
