Suspended Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested for DUI last weekend.

BigCatCountry.com reported that Blackmon was arrested at 4:45 a.m. on Dec. 19, his second arrest since being indefinitely suspended.

The No. 6 overall pick in the 2012 draft has been suspended since Nov. 2013 for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy. Blackmon, who has done at least one stint in rehab, also had a DUI arrest in college.

In Nov. 2014 Blackmon pleaded no contest to a marijuana charge in Oklahoma.

Blackmon has 93 receptions, 1,280 yards and six touchdown receptions in 20 career games.

Blackmon was arrested twice for DUI prior to signing his rookie contract with the Jaguars, prompting them to include language in his contract that protected them in the case that Blackmon should do something to get suspended after signing with Jacksonville. His rookie deal guaranteed Blackmon $18.5 million over four years, but all guarantees after his $7.11 million signing bonus can now be voided if the Jaguars choose to do so.

You know what really stinks about this? The guy was the real deal. He was/was going to be a beast. There was no "adjustment period" to the NFL game... no learning curve... no whatever you want to call IT... dude was dominating from day one as a rookie. Just an old country strong niccca out there beastin'

The one legitimate pick our previous clown ass regime makes, and he can't get right. The new front office and the organization as a whole, has given this guy EVERY opportunity they can. They have tried everything to reach out to him on a personal level and help him in any way that they can, and he as shunned that helping hand. Oh well....

I just hope this sage doesn't end REALLY badly.
