The stands are ass on Samsung Tv's.


If you don't follow the directions EXACTLY, it will sit crooked.


The last tv of theirs I had was a replacement for my first Samsung because of a manufacturer's defect. The 2 smelly, white alcoholics that came to my home to set up my replacement didn't put the stand on right. Had to shim the base to make it level after repeatedly taking it on and off to straighten it out. Never got it.


My current 55" Samsung is less than a year old and over the summer I added their Evolution upgrade kit. It adds more memory and brings up my 2012 model to the 2013 smart tv interface. Now that's been acting up for 3 weeks now and I can no longer get a wifi connection on my set.

Samsung customer service has been jerking me around for over 2 fucking weeks now with no resolve. My smart tv is now dumb.

I have a bunch of their products, phones, TVs, sound system, and a tablet. All that might be my last if they don't fix this shit on my next call.
