I looked around and found a company out there that cut me a great deal. Simplicato is the cat comps name, they gave free domain registration, and 10 email addresses with 1GB of storage per and unlimited email archiving with online access for as long as I am a customer for $11 per account.
SOX is happy, FINRA is happy and so is the SEC.
