There's an Old School Crip named "Melvin Farmer." He was around when the Crips were formed, and he mentioned in a YouTube video who created the crip walk, and who created the crip whistle.

I don't have a clue why anyone would want to commandeer any of that nonsense.

If you grew up is South Central LA, you know how devastating those cats were (Bloods as well).

There wasn't many Mexicans around South Central then anyway... they were in East LA.
