Not just for Atlanta, but any major city. Especially during the summertime - there's lots of stuff to do outside for little to no cost (festivals, block parties, etc.)

Not necessarily. A lot chicks want to be wooed. The ritual of being asked out, escorted to an activity, maybe seeing some new stuff, etc. when you pick up a chick and she actually dressed to step out, then it's all good. Btw, I always have a running tally on how much I planned to spend vs the actual outlay.

your dates should never know what you are spending - they don't get see the bill, don't need to know about discounts or hookups etc. Just make sure they are having fun and feel a little special
If get really good - they will think the entire date was spontaneous, even though you were in control- you planned and prepped the entire evening

Nah , no need for all that. There are many credit cards that have great deals and money back on nice restaurants these days. Hell, I do it to my wife now. I make her think I'm spending big on a restaurant and little does she know I'm getting back $30 for spending $100. LOL.
