Jobs requiring college degrees disqualify most U.S. workers

And this is what makes the trades so beautiful. If you can swap out AC compressors, service ammonia refrigeration, wire 480V motors and restaurant equipment, operate a high pressure boiler, MIG, TIG and arc weld, know low volt instrumentation and PLCs etc etc etc .... YOU'RE GONNA WORK AND MAKE GOOD MONEY!

What’s really going on is a lot of black and brown people are getting college degrees and not enough white people are that is what’s really going on. In some cases they are dropping requirements for College because of this.
 
There is a labor shortage, having millions of people sitting around in the classroom hurts the economy. Many companies are paying tuition to get college students into the labor market.




Colleges work best when there is a labor surplus.
