If you can swap out AC compressors, service ammonia refrigeration, wire 480V motors and restaurant equipment, operate a high pressure boiler, MIG, TIG and arc weld, know low volt instrumentation and PLCs etc etc etc .... What’s really going on is a lot of black and brown people are getting college degrees and not enough white people are that is what’s really going on. In some cases they are dropping requirements for College because of this.
