From that little bit I can tell his feet are still as fast and dextrous as most people's hands. I hate fighting little quick dudes like that because they will put you on your ass before you can load up, you have to double up and hope they walk into some shit.

Jeezus Nate Diaz look swole as fuck in that pic and he fights at 155. He's noticeably bigger than his brother Nick who fights at 170....them weight cuts ain't no joke

Yeah - he's had an interesting career over the years. Plenty of ups and downs. Often comes across as tall and lanky, but that picture was good standing alongside JCVD and his older brother for comparison purposes. He's not a pushover, and of course the Diaz brothers have always promoted healthy living (cardio + endurance, plenty of running, and eating clean).

Especially when he's had more success fighting at 155, but performed well at 170 versus McG in March.

Happy to see him getting paid later in his career too. His gripe was often money & contractually-based, so it was dope to see him getting mainstream attention after the big win in March, collecting a big check, and of course the bump in pay he'll get for future opponents, and of course the additional millions he'll make if they ever set up the Diaz-McG rematch.

Sounds like he could help out a few up and coming fighters improve their kickboxing.

I agree. I'd really love to see kicking a whole lot more in MMA. Legs are far more powerful than hands. Whoop ass levels in the sport would go through the ceiling. I'd love to see that shit.
