Lovie's coaching staff was all on the buddy/family system. His son and son in law were secondary coaches with no previous experience and they were notorious for being on The Late Night scene almost every night they could be found at the casino here in Tampa or at 1 of our find nude establishments in the 813. All of this while our secondary was the worst in the league for two years in a row and when the general manager and the owners came to him and ask him about removing his sons as coaches he told him that he wouldn't do it he was not changing his coaching staff so they made the decision to let him go. FYI...... He told Illinois that he will be the Coach only if he could bring his sons on board..... I hope that clears it up a little bit I'm driving so no time to proofread
