Newfound respect for James Cameron, even after he basically repackaged Avatar 2 from Avatar and even kept the bad guy alive at the end of Avatar 2 so they can bring him back in Avatar 3
Cameron got that Fuck you money
He made it to the level as an artist where you can do labor of love projects.
He made the one about the Marianas Trench and the one about the African female Safari conservationists or something.
As an artist that's the point, to not have to work for the studio losing creative control to the C-suite suits!
