Black people eat the same food just different. They wanted to clown fufu but now everybody is eating cause its good.
I always thought it tasted to bland.. I know it’s for mixing with other shit but that bland taste always threw me off and to me was not needed.. outside of that I definitely dig other African dishes as long as it’s not spicy
those made from plain cassava flour or maze can be pretty bland indeed, but those made from plaintains are absolutely delicious... find you a sister from Ivory Coast, Togo or Benin, she will set you straight
I’ve fucked with various Ivory Coast females in fact that’s how I know about a lot of African food.. I’ve said on here various times yrs ago that I use to run with dudes from Ivory Coast when I was fucking with the bootlegging game and also running my own store front yrsss ago.. been to various African restaurants throughout nyc and definitely had a lot of home cook meals.. the several times I tried it just wasn’t feeling it.. now the sweet plantains man might be top tier when it come to diff cultures making sweet plantains
